Yes. It will help to ‘head off’ the hangover before it starts. I do it all the time.
In fact, before I go to bed after a long night of drinking, I try to drink a large glass or two of water, pop a couple Advil and a couple Tums. It works like a dream. You might not feel great in the morning, but you’ll definitely feel better than you would without them.
