How To Create Internet Network Marketing Leads For Free

Every internet network marketing rep in the world can use more leads, I don’t care how many your generating right now, 100, 200, 800…More is always better! But only one problem…They can suck all your profit dry before you make anything. And if you don’t have at least 500 a month to put into advertising, you’re going to have to find free methods that work.

So that leads me to the reason I wrote this article for you. I’ve been in internet network marketing for many years and the one thing I can pride myself on is that I’ve generated a crazy amount of leads with free marketing strategies.

Which allows me to keep most of the money I make when sponsoring more reps! How cool is that?

Here are some awesome methods for generating free leads for your internet network marketing business. Remember any marketing method works as long as you do it consistently…

1. If you don’t have a Twitter Account, go start one. I generate anywhere from 15 to 20 leads a day by taking 20 min’s and going to home business and network marketing forums. When I find leaders who post alot I go search for there name on Twitter, I add them right away and the first 5 pages of the people their following. I then respond personally to all the authentic Direct Messages I get to build trust, I then que up 10 to 15 messages a day of pure valuable content. Thats it!! People retweet my messages and start asking me what I do online, I take it from there….Piece of Cake!

2. Linkedin is a Freakin Gold mine, I just started using it a few weeks ago. The average income on this site is 106k a year, and there are actual individuals who advertise on their profiles that they are looking for entrepreneurial opportunities…Im serious!! I don’t have enough space to talk about exactly what I do to turn them into leads, but I will say that as long as you focus on adding value and being a solution solver in their lives they’ll eventually ask you, “what do you do online?”

3. Most people don’t like shooting video’s because they take to long. But now-a-days with all the “make money scams” out there, you can set yourself apart by being genuine and putting yourself in front of a camera. What I do is find a book, product or company to review that has to do with internet network marketing. I then write down the top 10 FAQ’s that people would have on the subject and quickly make a video for each. Usually I can pop all of them within a hour. In the video I tell them to visit my website for more information and display my link so they can easily click from there.

Pretty simple right? Generating leads for your business should not be difficult. But with free advertising it will take many days of effort stacked over and over again till you see any results.

So my advice, to you is to start using these methods immediately. If you have been struggling to get leads for your internet network marketing opportunity, these free methods will do exactly that for you. The only variable left is whether you have what it takes to be consistent with them…

Gossip Girl Dvd

Gossip Girl is an American television teen drama based on the popular novel series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar. Gossip Girl revolves around the lives of socialite young adults growing up on New York’s Upper East Side who attend elite academic institutions while dealing with sex, drugs, and other teenage issues. Featuring an ensemble cast, the series mainly centers around the lives of former best friends, Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) and Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester), and their shared romantic interest, Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford). As outsiders looking in, Dan (Penn Badgley) and Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) do not run in the same social or financial circles as their peers but are drawn into their lives nonetheless. The series is narrated by a seemingly omniscient character, “Gossip Girl” (voiced by Kristen Bell), who runs a blog about her fellow Upper East Siders — consequently stirring the pot and creating potential rivalries in this exclusive and vicious circle of friends.

Gossip Girl” will get people talking. At least, that seems likely as the CW network brings to a boil its new campaign for the sexy prep-school soap.

The show’s second season begins Sept. 1, following an August promotion to put viewers, um, in the mood. And here’s a twist: The racy ads co-opt language from the very criticism of the show for being too, well, racy.

Alert surfers got a preview last week, when images of coupled-up “Gossip Girl” characters found their way onto several Web sites.

Item: Here’s Serena van der Woodsen (series blonde Blake Lively) with eyes shut dreamily, mouth open, while a friend, his face buried in her tresses, nuzzles her neck.
Strongly suggesting the pair are just getting started, the headline, which quotes The Boston Herald, declares: “Every Parent’s Nightmare.”

Other such lovey-dovey moments (on a couch, in the sack or apparently skinny-dipping) are accompanied by headlines like “A Nasty Piece of Work” and “Mind-Blowingly Inappropriate.”

That latter phrase was borrowed from the Parents Television Council, which has blasted the series’ salacious content since its premiere.

“I think it reeks of desperation, if they have to position themselves as so edgy and so controversial that they’ve been called out by us,” said Melissa Henson, PTC director of communications.

But CW marketing boss Rick Haskins said the advertising just aims to get noticed.

“What we’re trying to do is communicate with the audience in a way that they like and can appreciate,” he said. “This sort of campaign resonates with someone who likes ‘Gossip Girl”‘ — specifically, women ages 18 to 34.

The objective was finding “well-written headlines that are provocative and would catch our viewers’ attention,” said Haskins, “and, in a tongue-in-cheek way, capture what the show is about.”

The series is based on the popular “Gossip Girl” young-adult novels, and is presented to the audience through the eyes of its mysterious title character, whose tattling posts are savored by the show’s PDA-packing teens as they share the luxe life on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

The series debuted last fall. Then, in January, its run was interrupted by the Hollywood writers strike. No new episodes were aired until April 21, for which the first welcome-back campaign was launched.

That promotion included racy images of the show’s characters with the headline: “OMFG.” THAT got people talking.

While the CW’s Haskins insisted at the time that the initials could stand for any number of things, like “Oh My Freaking Goodness” (and as the Gawker Web site sarcastically scoffed, “On Meth, Feeling Good,” among others), many of its intended viewers may have seized on a much ruder interpretation — wording that would be taboo on broadcast TV and most advertising.

“Rather than reinforcing positive values that parents are trying to instill in their children, this program very often is undermining these positive values,” said PTC’s Henson in April during a CNN-aired discussion spurred by that steamy campaign.

“Gossip Girl” can only hope that its September return will be greeted with comparable notice.

Secret To Making Legitimate Money Online

In order to make money on the internet you need to realize that the internet is primarily about information. Mainly people use the internet to gather information. This is because the internet has a wealth of information on virtually every topic you can imagine. You can find articles and books online that contain information you’re looking for.

This hunger for information is your key to making real money online. So the question is “how do you profit from people’s universal need for information?” You do this by positioning yourself in the marketplace as an information provider. This is because information is the number one product for the internet. The demand for information far exceeds other item you could sell. To really make money on the internet your goal should be to provide people with information that is truly valuable.

People will always pay for quality information because it makes their lives easier. The more value you provide the more people are willing to pay for it. When people see that they get back more in value from you than they paid in price, they actually become willing to pay you more over time. Use this to guide you in all the information you share with your prospective customers. Also note that information does not have to be manufactured, it’s something you can produce using your knowledge and experience.

As an illustration, if you are acting as an affiliate marketer, your role is to get a valuable product across to your customers thereby connecting the buyers and sellers together through your genuine recommendation. In order to do this successfully, you need training and support of a genuine coach that will give you the required assistance.

Career Advice – How Parents Can Use Technology For Results

Providing career advice for many parents is a frustrating and challenging task. Many parents with kids requiring career advice today have been part of the boomer generation. They’ve tended to stick to one role throughout their career and are able to give great advice around this area. This focus and experience in one area does become a potential problem though when trying to advise their kids. OK, most of us have some friends we can call on when necessary, but that option is still limited.

Of course, the other problem is that often our kids won’t listen to us talking about our career experiences just because we’re the parents! I know of a lot of parents who are ideally placed to give advice, but find themselves talking to a brick wall (or rather to no – one at all).

One more twist in the tale is those of us who have kids who want to do what we’ve done in our careers, because that’s what they know and they haven’t taken the time or put in the effort to explore other options. When I hear that a teenager want to be in advertising because their parent is, that’s a red flag for me!

So, what to do? I’m going to suggest the idea of creating a global parent community of career advice. Think of the power we can harness if thousands of parents were to individually document their work experiences, identify the good and bad of their career, talk about the specific skills required for success, make videos about their week – the challenges they faced and the decisions they had to make and so on.

Using technology creatively will make what seems like a difficult challenge much easier to overcome. We’ve got to make it easier for parents to be able to share their experiences in the knowledge that the community of career advice will benefit everyone. An individual parent’s involvement might not help their own kid, but it will help someone else’s in other part of the country and vice versa. This is definitely an idea in which synergy is created – individual knowledge is harnessed and creates a whole that is infinitely more useful than the parts.

Pie in the sky? No ways. I’ve recently opened a new website to facilitate this interaction. www.mytalentplace.co.uk is designed to help solve this problem and create the community. Check it out and let me know what you think. Oh, and while you’re there, why don’t you register and contribute something?

Dry Ice Is Perfect Industrial Cleaning Agent

When it comes to heavy-duty cleaning tips, a little known secret is that dry ice blasting is one of the best methods available. From getting chewing gum off of a city sidewalk to mold remediation, uses for dry ice spread across different industries and various levels of use.

Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. Its most common use is as a cooling mechanism; however, in recent years, various industries have found that it serves other uses.

Many of us think of dry ice as the wonderful substance that makes our fog machines function and our Halloween parties look eerie. We also think of science experiments exploding soda bottles when we think of dry ice.

But dry ice can be more than a stage prop: one of the most common uses of dry ice involves blast cleaning. Blast cleaning occurs when small pellets of dry ice are shot through a small nozzle using compressed air to get stubborn residue and grime off of industrial materials. Dry ice can remove ink, glue, oil, mold, paint or rubber without damaging the core material or equipment. Using dry ice to remove some of these substances can replace the need for sandblasting, water blasting or steam blasting, all of which require several applications to clean effectively.

Dry ice also can be used to clean other types of construction materials, including brick. The benefit of dry ice is that it is strong enough to remove just about anything — from mold and mildew to water stains, bird droppings, wood carvings, but gentle enough to not damage the brick material.

It’s important to note, however, that using dry ice as a method of cleaning any industrial — or other – materials should only be handled by those with adequate training. Improper handling of dry ice can cause severe cold burns to the skin; individuals who aren’t well versed in its uses might find that it is easier to sustain a burn than they think.

Dry ice often produces a great deal of condensation as it is expelled, which makes it hard to distinguish between the fog and the dry ice, itself. Because these burns can cause such damage to the skin, dry ice cleaning applications should always be conducted by an experienced employee or a company that specializes in this type of cleansing method.

Homeowners and industrial factories alike can benefit from dry ice cleansing applications. Working with a reputable dry ice company will ensure that your home, commercial building or the surrounding area will look new and clean without the worry of structural damage to the substrate or machinery you are cleaning.

An Alternative Treatment for skin diseases, acnes, pimples In alternative medicine acne, pimples and itching are not necessarily seen as a disease of the skin. In this world of holistic approaches are the ways to go. By this theory skin problems are more related to an efficient digestive system does more than just skin.

This basic principle means that the skin is seen as a part of the mechanism that helps get rid of harmful toxins from the body. The focus, therefore, changes on the creation of a viable digestive system that will eliminate toxins through the kidneys and liver. Obviously the most important factor here is diet. To return to alternative medicine diet advice would be a gross understatement though.

There are also options that are very similar to those offered by traditional medicine and even some treatments offered by alternative medicine has crossed borders and are now recognized as a viable treatment methods. There is no doubt that your diet can influence the way you look and feel. It has been proven time and again that certain foods make you feel good while some make you sick and unhealthy. It is good if you identify foods that are beneficial to themselves and to work out and around a special diet with these foods.

Likewise, for acne, there is a special acne diet alone can not cure acne, but also how they are preventing more. What can be your best skin problem Diet?

3. Since the less sugar, as you can – chocolates, sweets and similar things which contain sugar should be avoided at all costs. Your diet should really remove all the sweet things.

4. Stayed away from vitamin E – which has been observed that anyone who has problems like this, if you take vitamin E, have their acne worse in no time. This is why this vitamin should be avoided as much as possible.

5. Take a lot of vitamin B5 – include a nap daily 10 grams of vitamin B5. It was observed that acne is in fact being controlled by this vitamin, but doctors still are not sure about that. When you’re a teen and have skin problem most of which will disappear with time you type in your twenties. So it is better to take it until then.

If skin problem attack after twenties, then you should look for medical treatment, choose among the many alternatives available for the cure, and research for the latest news. In most cases the key issue is to remove the oil from the skin surface and you have a great skin. Concentrate on keeping your skin free of oil with good diet acne. Now let’s take a closer look at what exactly the alternative medicine has to offer.

It is clear that the priorities are invoked first to create a balance between self organizations. This is achieved by setting the right conditions for the body to heal from the inside out. Carefully designed vitamin increases, the elimination of the slow digestion of food, the definition of an appropriate schedule for meals. All these are part of the treatment.

Of course, in addition to diet, there are herbal remedies. These herbs have a long history of use over time and there is really any new addition to the arsenal of nearly centuries. The interesting part is that while these measures are frowned upon by “decent” doctors, not one has ever bothered to do some tests to see if they really do what they are supposed to do.

Just What Does Dust Do To A PC?

Just What does Dust Do To a PC’s Performance?

PCs hate dust, but they are very good at accumulating it. Every time their internal fans turn, drawing in air to keep its inner workings cool, they also draw in thousands of dust particles as well. You may have heard before that dust can slow a computer down and affect its performance but how bad is the dust problem really?

One of a computer repair person’s most common tasks is to clean out a dirty, dusty PC. Given that dust is the documented number one cause of PC failure, it is a frequent issue that a computer tech encounters when he or she first opens up a PC case to begin a diagnosis.

Just how badly dust affects a computer’s performance was recently explained to me by a friend who makes a very nice living from repairing all kinds of computers, many suffering from problems related to dust disease.

He had a personal computer in the shop because its owner felt it was running too slowly and various software fixes did not seem to be improving matters very much.

As I had been asking about the effect of dust on the average computer my friend said this might be a good machine to run a simple test on, as it belonged to a person who had a habit of smoking around his computer. My friend said even before opening it up he was pretty sure he was going to find a good amount of dust inside. Sure enough there was. The dust was present in layers of varying thickness all over the inside of the computer. The fans were covered in a dark brown layer so thick I was personally surprised that they were working at all.

To run his test the tech closed the case back up and took measurements of the CPU temperature and fan speed that the computer was currently running at without any programs running at all. The CPU clocked in at 118.4° F (48° C) and the fan speed was 2,857 rpm.

The clean up took a while, not such great news for the owner since my friend charges by the hour, but I was impressed by just how clean the CPU and heat sinks looked once he was done. Painstakingly he cleared as much of the dirt dust and grime out of computer’s insides as he could.

Once he was done he closed the case and ran his measurements again. The CPU was now running at 102.2° F (39° C) and the fans at 3,276 rpm. A simple cleaning had reduced the temperature of the CPU by an extra 16.2° F (9° C) and increased the fan speed by 419 rpm.

According to my friend, this simple cleaning would increase the speed of the computer and the response times of the programs it ran, as well as extending the life of the CPU and its heat sink fans. The cost? Two hours at $60 an hour. As a bonus my friend said he would be giving the newly speedy PC’s owner a couple of tips when he returned to pick it up. Firstly, don’t smoke around it, but even if you stop that the dust will still build up again if left unchecked. Secondly, he was also going to give the owner a sample of a product he had recently encountered, a self stick filter that cost under $10 for 3 sheets that went over the computer’s air intakes to trap dust before it entered.

Drug Addicts Rehabilitation in America

Drug addiction has been found as rampant as epidemic not only in America but to many countries in the world. The victims or prey to drug addiction can be anyone like doctors, lawyers, business people, blue-collar employees, housewives, students, youths, kids etc. So, people of any class irrespective of their profession or age may take resort to drug addiction to evade from depression or anxiety. Later, this addiction brings disastrous effects on those persons by addicting them to it for the rest of their life. Drug addiction causes loss of lives from overdosing, accidents and health complications (organ failure, heart-attacks, infections etc). Those addicts, who do not die, suffer due to shattering promising lives, tearing families apart, ruining careers etc. All of these consequences are the result of people who are using street drugs, misusing prescriptions, medications, or even manufacture their own drugs in kitchen meth labs.

Drug addictions or in other name substance abuse are now becoming an increasing problem in America. The Govt. has been combating the drug addictions and chemical dependency since prior to implementation of National Prohibition Act 1919. So, before the concept of drug addict rehabilitation, the only way left to and chosen by the government, to curb the use of drugs, was to get the addicted person arrested and throw into jail. Those arrested persons used to come out in few months and again used to return to the habit of taking drugs. The cycle would continue perpetually unless the concept of rehabilitation had been developed. Where the only choice was to follow the vicious cycle of addiction towards prison or death, these programs have given many individuals the opportunity to change and restore their lives.

There are many rehab centers in America with good reputation and high success rate. But, these houses are not medical facilities, so they usually do not offer detoxification. They rather follow the process of counseling. Previously the traditional process of confrontation to dissuade the addicted, according to research, caused more harm as such attempts rather were detrimental and pushed the addict person away from seeking intervention. The process of rehabilitation and treatment done by rehab houses is called ‘intervention’. A common misconception is that an intervention is enough to get someone to stop using drugs. But, intervention actually a well- established route to further help and rehabilitation. It involves a co-ordinate, concentrated effort on behalf of loved ones, family and friends to get through to the individual. In these rehab houses the official and authorized persons who do the part of intervention is called ‘moderator’. The professional knowledge and sincere, personal approach is crucial for the success in this system. Often the addicted individual on whom the intervention is conducted attempts to change the direction of the conversation, turn attention elsewhere or argue their way out of the situation. A moderator is emotionally uninvolved and can avoid these pitfalls of interventions.

In the process of rehabilitation, an intervention primarily involves face-to-face session between the moderator, concerned family/friends and the individual. It also requires extensive planning beforehand, such preplanning includes co- ordination schedules friends and family and making treatment arrangements to ensure a spot is available. When all the participants have been assembled, the individual is brought in and told about the intervention. Family, friends and loved ones are given an opportunity to share their feelings, concerns and love for the individual. They are also encouraged to share how the individual’s drug or alcohol abuse has hurt them or affected their lives. The individual is asked to listen during this phase and also given chance to be heard as well. The tenure of stay in a rehab home depends on the condition and requirements of the addicted person. It may be one month to six months or as required by the professionals in these houses.

People are trained and supported in a way so that they can be re-equipped to return to a normal life. The addicted persons who most successful at overcoming substance abuse do so and move on with their lives without requiring ongoing support. Instead they build networks of family, friends and co-workers who are positive and supportive. Much the same as all successful people.

US Healthcare: What’s Wrong With It?

US Healthcare – What’s wrong with it?
By Phil Bate PhD

We spend 2-3 times as much on our healthcare as most of the countries that now have   “socialized medicine”.  Yet, every country with socialized medicine has much better overall health statistics.  As a matter fact, we are hovering around 32nd in the world.  Even some “third world” countries are ahead of us.

How can this be?  The richest country in the world, spending more than any other country, yet the health is one of the worst!  What’s wrong?  How have we come to this state of affairs?

There are a variety of reasons.  Let’s look at some of these, and look at the alternate answer:

    1.  There’s a lot of talk about 40-50 million “uninsured” people in the US.  “Uninsured” doesn’t mean that they aren’t taken care of.  No Emergency Room can turn down anyone who comes for “treatment”.  (Although many hospitals try to shift “poor” people to county or state facilities for profits sake.)

There’s also Medicaid for the very poor.  But, that still leaves the great majority of “uninsured” swinging in the wind.  They make just a little too much money to qualify for Medicaid, or the state they live in has run out of money and facilities.  (Under the Bush Administration, the cuts in Medicaid have limited this coverage in virtually every state.)  A severe medical problem bankrupts many of these families every year.

Who pays for Medicare and Emergency visits?  The usual – US taxpayers!  So, like it or not, we already have a “sort of” socialized medicine.

By the way, when did the phrase “socialized medicine” become a bad phrase?  (Was it another “spin” fostered by “vested interests”?)   How often have you heard “just ask a Canadian about their socialized medicine”?

Ask 100 persons from any country(s) that has socialized medicine two questions:  “How do you like it?” and “Would you like to get rid of it”.

The answers to the first question are often a lot of individual complaining.  Yet, the answer to the second question is an overwhelming “Never”.   Could this dichotomy be the reason that so many people in the US “think” that socialized medicine is bad – those “bitching” (and very human) answers.  Most people ask only the first question, NOT the second.  I’ve asked both, and have yet to find a Canadian or a Brit who answers “yes” to the second question, but many, or most, will find something to complain about.

Isn’t it interesting that all the “civilized industrial nations” in Europe and elsewhere have some version of socialized medicine?  Even in almost bankrupt Russia and Georgia, healthcare is free to all.  And, even their health statistics are better than ours.   (FYI, they also subsidize any “bright” student all the way to a “doctorate” if they are smart enough.  College tuition in the US is prohibitively high for mid and low income families – are we wasting a major resource?  You bet!)

    2.   Why is our health care costing so much?  Simple – the insurance companies are running it.  They make huge profits for this “service”.  Cut out the middleman – the insurance companies, and cut the costs by an impartial estimate between a third and a half!

What other benefits would this have?  Doctors would have more time to talk to patients, and spend less time, and office staff filling out forms to get paid.   When was the last time your MD spent more than 2 minutes with you?

Let’s not overlook the fact that prevention is always better than catastrophe!  All too often, when a poor person winds up in an Emergency Room, the cost of their problem is much more than it would be if that person had had insurance that allowed doctor visits to head off catastrophe with some prevention.  This is a major factor favoring socialized medicine.

There’s still another factor in this equation.  Malpractice insurance (more profits to insurance companies)!  We do need to limit this.  Some formulas have to be developed for how much any doctor can be sued for.  And, medical boards need to oversee MD’s (and their mistakes) much closer.  Doctors do make mistakes!  And, the injured have a right to be compensated for such!  What do the other countries do about this problem?  Has anyone made any study of this?

    3.   There is another often overlooked problem.  We, as a nation, have a terrible diet!  We eat “fast foods” way too often.  We eat too few “healthy foods”, and too many “high carbohydrate” foods.  The statistics show clearly that a poor diet on the part of a mother results in a baby that is not nearly as healthy as it should be.

Take a look at some “poor” natives of African countries in photographs.  Look especially at the wide mouths full of very strong, very even, teeth.  Compare this to the US “standard” of two very prominent front teeth, a high narrow arch to the roof of the mouth, and crowding of the rest of the teeth.  Dr Von Hilsheimer of Maitland Florida wrote a book years ago detailing the various “abnormalities” and “anomalies” of children of poor diet mothers.  There is a definite correlation between these children and increasing allergy and sensitivity in our children

Recently I read a very interesting article about a school that changed the diets of the attending students and by this simple change only, the entire attitude and moral outlook of the students was changed.  It was very simple!  They took out all the soda machines, and replaced them with water fountains.  They eliminated hamburgers and fries, and similar poor diet foods, and emphasized fruits and veggies.  Lo, and behold, the school which had previously been shunned by teachers because of unruly students was completely changed!  Students were calm, quiet, and learned more and better than other schools in the area.  Acts of violence or vandalism were eliminated.  There are several other similar studies which school boards do not pay enough attention to.

As a result of our overall “poor” diet, we, as a nation, get sick more often than other countries.  This adds to the cost of healthcare tremendously in this country.

     4.  The American Medical Assn, one of the strongest unions in the world, backed up by the huge drug industry (Big Pharma), and the insurance industry have the power and the money to “buy” enough politicians to prevent any “reasonable” health plan.  Bill and Hilary Clinton found this out in his first year in office.  There’s so much money involved, it may be impossible to even get anything done except a “Band-Aid” on the cancer.

In Europe, many, if not most, MD’s practice homeopathy and alternate medicine, which is much cheaper and much less dangerous than the drugs that US MD’s are “brainwashed” into using.  In Germany alone, well over half of all MD’s are also Homeopaths.   In China, doctors are paid if their patients stay well.  Does this give a “vested interest” in keeping them healthy?  You bet!  In the US, the “hidden vested interest” is to keep the patients sick!  That increases the income of the doctor.  With socialized medicine, the doctor’s primary interest is to “get rid of their patients by getting them healthy”.  Another potent plus for socialized medicine.

(Unlike most psychologists trained to keep their patients coming back, week after week, I always believed that my job was to find their real problem, and to get rid of them as quickly as possible.  That’s why I switched from “Behavior Therapy” to “Orthomolecular Therapy”.  It works, quickly and inexpensively, and actually solves mental problems.)

What can we, as individuals, do?  Start asking the politicians we elect what their previous votes have been, and what their future votes will be on these questions.  Vote for those who will vote for at least a form of socialized medicine. And throw out the other rascals.  Our votes are powerful, and we need to use them wisely.
