I am vegetarian with a balanced diet, I run 2-4 miles a day, I play rugby 2 hours a day 4 times a week, lift regularly, and eat and exercise healthy in general. I just happen to binge drink in college every weekend. I want to know the serious damage I am doing to myself.

I would hope this is just a curiosity and not an experiment.
Heroin is just as damaging any way you get it inside your body, it’s straight from the pit of hell.I have seen this drug in action with people I knew.They were as crazy as a bed bug………Some shot it and some smoked it,but I would imagine the adverse effects would be most deadly by injection…as far as quick death.If you are in trouble go get help and choose LIFE…

I need a little input on this, I’m a little confused about the instructions.

“Mix (4) scoops and drink immediately after work out. for weight gain programs of 1-3 pounds per week, drink a four scoop shake per day for each pound per week you want to gain.”

I want to gain 3 pounds per week, does this mean I drink 3 shakes a day?

Has anyone else used this? how quick will I see results if I start lifting weights and doing it everyday with no breaks?
