My addiction demons succumbed to my simple choice not to use – simple.
Too many want to try to complicate addiction.
I’m not saying it was or is easy.
My social skills still need a lot of work.
@ Duncan – As much as I dislike meth, I dislike religion more.

Are former crackheads and heroin junkies. Does the long term exposure to these two highly addictive drugs cause permanent brain damage that makes believing in religion a little easier?

transformationstreatment.com There are so many Christian rehab centers to choose from and now more than ever there are treatment centers that are claiming to a “Christian program” as a mean to attract more clients during tough times. This is theory would not be a problem except for the fact that it is the clients him or herself that suffers due to the “treatments centers” not truly offering a “christian treatment program.” This causes many families serious frustration and financial harm. A Christian program should consist of much more than a field trip on Sunday to a Church service. There should be an Christian program that is followed with sound biblical teachings behind it. There should be a Christian therapist who has been trained properly. There should be Christian 12 step meetings and so much more. So, please ask a million and one questions before deciding to go to a Christian treatment center.
