My mom is too strict, its ridiculous. I’m 14. and she won’t barely ever let me stay at friends houses, and when she does she calls me every hour throughout the night and I’m pretty sure she drives by and spies on me. If I have a frrend stay over, or even come to hang out shes ALL OVER US, like she wants to hang out with us, but she says the most embarassing stuff and goes on and on when its clear no one is interested. She makes me come home most of the time at like 11. so I miss everything basically because with my friends nothing fun starts happening until 2 or 3am when the people start coming over and stuff. She b*tches if I dont call her every hour on the hour. And shes constantly rambling on about how I’m a “drug addict”, I’m not. I smoke weed and aside from a beer or two here and there thats pretty much it, and I’m not going to stop doing that because its my body my life my choices and really none of her concern, I’m not shooting heroin or getting trashed, I’m just chilling and she needs to realize there are bigger things to worry about, she makes it like I’m some lowlife crackwhore junkie who cant be trusted, its ridculous, all of my friends can have fun and enjoy themselves and be 14, and Im the odd one out, She says she smothers me because she cares but thats not why. she had a sh!tty childhood and shes pissed that i have friends and stuff and wants me to feel as miserable as she is. And besides all stated above, shes crazy irrational and violent, like she has seriously called the police on me for catching me smoke a cig, or thrown a laptop at my face for telling her to back off, she contantly tells me she wished she had an abortion or she hopes i overdose and that I’m worthless, among other things, and this isnt occaisonally, this an everyday thing, shes always screaming and yelling and then calling the cops on me, my neighbors know us as the psycho family cause there is always screaming and police cars. I’m begginingg to hate her, and shes is making me depressed, like severlely and the last time I was this depressed I tried to hurt myself and I dont want to be in that placr, what do I do?
The thing isnt just about staying out or stuff like that, its the bigger picture, who the hell is she to try to control me, she pushed me out, but since then shes just made me miserable, I dont owe her respect or obedeinece because those are things you EARN
