Hmmm… I guess for the same reason that liberals consider it “racist” to bring up facts and critizes Obama….

And I don’t consider it a personal attack…. I personally don’t care as both sides of the coin have their fair share of each and everyone of those things…

Impotence – The History of Treatment, Role of Amino Acids And Other Facts You Need to Know

Erectile dysfunction, also known as male impotence, is a sexual dysfunction and is characterized by a man facing difficulty in getting and maintaining an erection. The duration of the erection is insufficient for performing satisfying sexual intercourse.

The history of treatment

The earliest known impotence treatments dates back to ancient Greece and Rome where various parts of animals were used for the treatment of impotence. These parts were said to have aphrodisiacal properties, and the use of these parts continues to this day in various cultures. Snakes, the genitalia of goats, roosters etc were eaten in order to treat erectile dysfunction. Various exotic remedies like the penis of a wolf, sparrow meat, starfish etc were also prescribed as a treatment option. By the end of the 18th century, various quacks came up with many different versions of impotence cures like the Nervous Cordial and Botanical Syrup, Solar Tincture and Cordial Balm of Gilead etc. Various mechanical and surgical cures were also used to counter flaccidity.

Cannabis was also a highly regarded cure for impotence and it formed a part of various impotence drugs in the nineteenth century. But it was not until Viagra emerged as an erectile dysfunction treatment drug that men finally got an approved and effective treatment option for their impotence problems.

Natural Amino Acid and importance for sexual health

Viagra has revolutionized the way men think about impotence. Before Viagra, men were embarrassed about talking about this problem with their doctor, but with the advent of Viagra, things changed dramatically. But, if you are looking for a natural solution for your impotence problems, there is one in the form of a natural amino acid called L-arginine. It’s emerging as one of the most popular supplements used for maintaining the sexual health of a person. Classified as a non-essential amino acid, it enables the pituitary gland to function normally. Experts believe that the various degeneration processes that a body goes through as a result of ageing are in some ways a result of the decreasing production of L-arginine.

L-arginine and its importance for the male libido

It’s been seen that L-arginine invigorates male sexual performance by improving the penile blood flow. When the brain transmits an arousal message, production of Nitric Oxide takes place. Subsequently, a compound is released that relaxes the spongy tissues inside the penis, thus allowing more blood to enter the penis. L-arginine contributes to the stimulation of nitric oxide thus increasing the male libido and also the general sexual functioning of the body. The sexual health of a man in large part is dependant on his ability to achieve an erection that is hard and lasts for a longer time. This erection is a result of an improvement of the blood flow to his penis. L-arginine is an integral part of this process. Its importance for the male libido cannot be denied.

Some Facts About Painkiller Addiction And Its Cure

It is really absurd to say, but it must be mentioned that the mode of addiction is getting advanced day be day like the technology. The drugs are getting sophisticated gradually. Previously, people used to take heroine, cocaine or any other drugs for their addiction; whereas, nowadays people rely just on the simple painkillers for getting high. Although, it is very easy to call painkillers simple, but they are not. Taking overdose of painkillers can ruin a man’s life; it can even drag him towards death. Now, people search for painkiller rehab more than that of other drug or alcohol rehabs. Killer drugs like heroine, cocaine or marijuana cost much more than that of painkillers and these drugs are also very hard to find; whereas painkillers are easily available in any store. As a result of which, people tend to get addicted to painkillers more.

Addiction of painkillers often comes from its medicinal application. When people get immune to the initial dose of painkiller, they want more to get relieved from the pain. This gets a person towards painkiller addiction slowly, as they become physically and mentally dependant on the painkillers. Addiction to painkillers is seldom intentional, most of the time people get addicted after its usage as medicine.

You can easily know if a person is addicted to painkillers if you observe him or her carefully. The symptoms of addiction to painkillers can be easily recognized. Painkiller addicts yawn excessively; they also sleep for long periods of time. The most noticeable effect is the mood of an addict. It swings from extreme violence to calmness in moments. Some other side effects of painkillers are lightheadedness, fatigue, nausea, constipation, headache, dry mouth, euphoria, anxiety and abdominal pain. There are various other painkiller addiction symptoms that are noticeable in an addict.

Governments of every country are upset about this painkiller addiction matter. It is ruining the future of the youth generation of today. The govt. has established many free painkiller rehabs all over United States in order to uproot this addiction from the young people. Still, they did not succeed because a free painkiller rehab can never undertake all the measures that are needed for total rehabilitation of a drug addicted person. Proper treatment can only be obtained in the private rehabs. A private painkiller rehab can provide both proper treatment and comfort for the patient during the rehabilitation process.

Alongside proper medicinal treatment, comfort and luxury is a very important factor for curing a drug addicted person. Well known painkiller rehab like that of Cliffside Malibu has got enough monetary power to provide the patients with a luxurious life in a rehab. Comfort is a must during treatment as the withdrawal effects are grueling and hard for a person to tolerate. Sometimes, the patients go wild during the treatment process and only adequate comfort can sooth their mind. The intolerable withdrawal effects can even drive an addicted person towards madness.

However, the private rehabs cost a lot and due to this excessive cost, many people can’t afford it. The govt. should look to it that the facilities of the free rehabs are increased to a high level like the private rehabs or they should pressurize the private rehab to lessen the cost. Otherwise, it will be impossible to uproot the painkiller addiction disease from the society.

Indiana Dui Facts: Should You Take a Breath Test?

For a dui attorney, the issue as to whether someone should take a breath test when stopped for suspected DUI is one of the most common questions asked. As with most issues in the area of criminal DUI law, the answers are not always clear cut.

Most criminal DUI courts nationwide in association with departments of motor vehicles have some variations of mandatory license suspensions imposed if it is determined by a criminal DUI court judge that someone suspected of drunk driving has refused to submit to a breath test offered. This breath test and drivers obligation to submit to such a test is often known as “implied consent.” Implied consent in simple terms basically is the concept that operating a motor vehicle on state roadways is a privilege and not a right. As a result, even if one were to be found not guilty of drunk driving under a criminal court’s dui laws, depending upon the arresting state, it is still possible to lose one’s license for a fixed period of time simply for refusing to submit to such a test.

Unlike a standard of proof of, “beyond a reasonable doubt,” that a prosecutor must establish to find one guilty of a dui offense, in most, if not all dui law jurisdictions, the proof required to suspend one’s license for refusing to submit to a breath test under the doctrine of implied consent is by a “preponderance of evidence.” Or in other more realistic terms, the police officer’s word versus the word of one suspected of DUI as to whether a breath test was knowingly refused after the suspected drunk driver was advised of his obligation to submit to such a test and the mandatory license suspension that will result if the breath test is not submitted to. It is not uncommon for a police officer to simply read implied consent wording off of an index card in a court of law to meet such a burden of proof.

Don’t I have the right to a DUI attorney under

State DUI laws before deciding to take a breath test?

No. In most if not all criminal law courts the results of a certified breath test as to whether one is above the state’s legal limit for DUI is considered, “non testimonial.” This generally means that breath test results are evidence based on what you’ve done and not what you’ve said. Since performance of field sobriety test and breath test results for DUI are not based on words said they are not usually considered “testimony” for purposes of a suspected drunk driver’s right to have a dui lawyer present in making the decision as to whether to submit to such a test. As always, it is good practice to consult with an experienced dui law attorney in your state as to the application of implied consent laws and a drunk driving officer’s limitations in acquiring potentially incriminating evidence.

Generally, many dui law attorneys would agree that often a decision as to whether one should submit to a breath test is based upon what one fears more; criminal law penalty or mandatory license suspension.

If, for example, one prosecuted for DUI has a lengthy criminal history of drunk driving or other criminal crimes, such a person may wish to deprive the state prosecutor of a valuable piece of evidence, namely a breath test result, where one has no alternative but to roll the dice at trial or face lengthy imprisonment potentially longer than a potential license suspension imposed.

However, in the majority of DUI law cases, if a person is facing a first time or sometimes a second time dui offense, it is often the case that a license suspension imposed up to 10 times longer simply for a breath test refusal is not worth the risk, especially where the suspected drunk driver in consultation with a dui law attorney is not facing mandatory jail time, and does not believe it is in his or her best interest to go to trial.
