TV POLITICS & RELIGION the biggest scames right under our noses what happens with them evan when its prooven to be so a scam? NOTHING like Gordon Brown he doesn’t want to go Lets take a inocent ha ha cigarette that is the biggest scam i think in the 2009ts a scam brainwash of millions of people .. small example did you know if you are a smoker of cigarettes you are a junkie YES there is more people dying a year 90% more than a person that uses heroin for instance do we like a ciggaret? NO we don’t still we do it like I say the biggest of one of the most brilliant scams in the world BRAINWASH.. like TV RELIGION POLITICS or not ? try me

Ok, this is my old account because I lost my other ones password. I look at my questions from two years ago (when I was 13) and the worst I was doing was drinking a few beers and smoking ciggarettes (bad enough I know), my priorities were buying clothes, college, dating, saving money for a car,,, I’m 15 now, during the year of fourteen thats when it all went bad…
I started smoking pot, on occasion, nbd…. Then I took vicodins and xanax bars sometimes, then I started doing coke at parties, then I started taking shrooms alot, then a few E rolls, then, my downfall OxyContin, started snorting em, got addicted, did heroin a few times, I’ve kicked because I wasn’t a hardcore junkie but I still get cravings every day. I smoke pot so much I don’t even get stoned, I smoke when I get up so I can talk to people, I smoke during the day cause I’m bored and I crave the smoke taste, I smoke a lot at night just to get buzzed enough to sleep, I can’t stop its all around me, even my parents smoke… Only problem is I’m on probation, and get piss tested a lot, and I fail, and I’m probably going to jail tommorow for my fifth failed test. I want my old self back, the Jordan that cared so much about his appearance, that always had at least fifty bucks on him cause he saved his money, the Jordan that didn’t know about things like Arrest Warrants and Probation Officers, about begging to cop Oxys, and so on and so forth, the Jordan that was so proud that he lost 150 lbs that he watched his diet and took pride in himself, now I’m the shell of my old self, I’m pale, I’m broke, I look like crap, I’m gaining weight again because I stopped caring cause I was so f@cked up half the time and just ate what was in front of and now can’t control myself anymore, I just want some damn euphoria of some sort! I want to stop smoking pot, start saving my money, start getting trust back, get off probation, get back on track with school (which I got expelled from for being an a$$ when I was messed up), start looking good, and caring about other things then drugs, getting money for drugs, thinking about drugs, talking about drugs, worrying about failing drug tests, etc etc etc.
I want to be able to live a life where I don’t have to worry about money all the time, don’t look like a soulless fat shell, where every so often I can smoke pot and enjoy it instead of being dependent, I feel so weak, so gross, WHAT DO I DO TO GET THE OLD ME BACK? I never even realized how bad it was until today when I logged on to this old account and realized what my priorities were like two years ago.. I’m in tears, I’ve ruined my life, established a rep as a druggie and lost all my goals, and I even let my greatest pride, that I conquered obesity, fly out the door….
I’m in therapy, doesn’t help, I’m gonna get meds when I go to the shrink, but I doubt they’ll help, they never do…
I have a rap sheet as long as War and Peace now, I feel like my life is ruined…
Thing is, everyone, EVERYONE I know is connected to the drug world, everyone.
My best friend, all my other friends (the clean friends I had years ago were smart got away from me), my parents, everyone in my life…
I need to know how to live not a straightedge life, but a clean life where drugs are not the priority, but school, dating, how I look is, y’know? I’ve lost out on the normal teenage expierience so much, I don’t remember anything about losing my virginity except it was in a car with a person I barely knew, I don’t go to school, I dont date, who wants to date a former junkie and a pothead loser? I wear old clothes with cig burns on them and pants three sizes too tight, not because I’m broke, but because every penny I get goes to drugs, seriously this is lame

She was addicted to pain killers ,and stole the drugs from her own organization.Then to top it off she didnt do any jail time .My guess (and its a very good one)thats because she is rich and she is married to a US senator.If it were you are I ,WOW we would still be in jail.

how can a person end up in jail if they are in there own home?
i think you have a biased opinion on it. binge drinking can be fine if a person does it rarely without trying to escape there problems and is doing it socialy.
also as long as they dont drive or leave the house it should be fine too.
also im sure the binge drinker is well aware of the health risks. but it is there decision to do so. to each there own, as long as they dont hurt other people.

Moral issues aside – tonight is my 21st birthday and I am probably going to be drinking a lot. I am wondering what I can do to sustain myself as long as possible and not get sick. Eg eating certain foods before, taking certain pills, etc. Thanks!

Eat carbohydrates such as bread and potatoes before you drink. Make sure you always have a full stomach and drink water in between each drink.

Yes, very much so.
I am a Registered Nurse, and work on a psychiatric unit where we deal with a lot of alcohol and substance abusers who come in for detox.

For someone who has been social binge drinking and smoking cigarettes every friday and saturday night (5 drinks or more per Fri/Sat night) for about 4 years, what can be the effects?
I was living this lifestyle and i have been feeling unwell for nearly 3 months. I have been going through feelings of lightheadedness, dullness, drowsiness, lowsyness, fatigue, muscle weakness & anxiety. I feel as if im high & “not part of this world”…
First thing i got was an ear infection, followed by chronic gastritis/stomach ulcers, then my right vestibular nerve was found to be weak.
I have seen a few doctors and specialists and they have informed me that most things are all normal. All blood tests showed normal results. The only thing abnormal was my liver ALT *83 and ferritin *395 which is slowly decreasing.
I have stopped alcohol & cigarettes completely ever since i was unwell. Is it possible to be having some withdrawal symptoms even if i wasn’t addicted to drinking or smoking?
I’ve seen a Neurologist and an ENT surgeon who say everything is fine.
I guess what i’d like to find out if the way i was living my life before has caused me to feel ill?
If anyone has gone through this, how long did these feelings last?
I keep thinking that something else triggered this like a virus or something, but my lifestyle before makes me think that these are the consequences of my actions.
By the way, i was only a social smoker not an everyday smoker.

Sure, I know plenty of people who’ve done exactly the same thing. They’re still alive and kicking because they are now taking good care of their bodies. That’s all you need to do buddy. You’re just run down and tired and obviously not nourishing your body properly. When you get stuck in one of those partying/bingeing modes you tend to not eat or sleep properly and just focus on partying and drinking/smoking. Well now that you’ve cleaned up your act you also need to remember to feed and nourish your body, that’s why you keep coming down with all sorts of ailments.
First up – are you drinking plenty of fresh clean vital water?? You need to at least be drinking 8 – 10 glasses of water per day. If you’re drinking coffee/tea/soft drinks/sodas you need to replace coffees and teas with x 2 the amount of water just to get back to ground zero !! As far as sodas and soft drinks go for each can you drink you have to replace 8 – 12 glasses of water that the sodas cause your body to lose, very dehydrating !! You would be totally amazed at the different mind set you will have just by being properly hydrated !!
It also sounds like you have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Symptoms of deficiency in this vitamin are irritability inability to concentrate, moodiness, dizziness, depression, chest pains, heart palpitations, head and hand sweats, headaches, migraines, fatigue and exhaustion, oily skin and impaired balance !! Sound familiar??
Well, have you been under added stress lately? Most likely by the sounds of it. In stressfull situations we need to increase our intake of the B vitamins complex.
Wow, you poor guy, how have you managed for the last 3 months and feeling so ill?? All you need to do is to go the chemist and ask the pharmacist to advise you on which brand of the multi B complex of vitamins (ie: containing all the B vitamins) would be a good quality brand to buy. Avoid synthetic vitamins as they are really hard to digest. If you take this excellent advice, which is the best you will get!! No, seriously I definitely know what I’m talking about here. You will get relief from most of your symptoms within 24 hours !! Your body is obviously dehydrated – lightheadness, drowsiness and screaming out for water and food – fatigue, sore and tired muscles, stress, etc.etc.etc.
You also need to increase your intake of foods rich in this vitamin ie: yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.
Recommended daily intake for adults is 2mcg. For B12 to be properly assimilated through the stomach it is necessary to be combined with calcium during absorption to adequately benefit the body.
In the human diet B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant products usually don’t contain it.
B12 vitamins will alleviate any chest pains or heart palpitations you may be having?? it will also increase your energy levels, maintain a healthy nervous system, relieve moodiness and irritability, ease depression, fatigue and exhaustion and improve concentration, memory and balance.
Therefore, you’re surely deficient in B2 (Riboflavin) as well. Do you also have sore lips, mouth and tongue, cracked and splitting skin around your fingernails and grainy and sandy feeling eyes? Sorry, I digress, just trying to reassure you. It appears that no Doctor has so far been able to help you so far, believe me I’ve had my fair share of quacks too !!
The recommended daily intake for B2 is 1.2 – 1.7mg.
Foods rich in B2 are milk, liver, kidney, cheese, leafy, green vegies, fish, eggs, yoghurt and beans.
If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet, then you need B12 supplementation. Heavy protein consumers also need extra amounts of this vitamin. B12 and B2 work synergistically with all the other B vitamins, hence my advice to get yourself a B complex vitamin supplement.
Please treat your body nicely, you’re the only one who has to live there, at least make it comfortable !! Try focusing on fresh fruits and vegies, wholegrain breads and cereals, seeds and nuts, cut back on dairy, eat lean meats and fish and poultry and eliminate SUGAR because it has no nutritional purpose and will only hinder your recovery anyway.

P.S. Any damage you may have caused to your lungs, kidneys, vital organs is obviously minimal otherwise the specialists you have seen would certainly have told you about it. Also, whether you think you were addicted to alcohol and cigarettes or not isn’t the issue. Wot is the issue is that you will also have been detoxing the past three months and so all those yummy little chemicals/toxins that were in your system have all been racing out together !! Dont fret, things will start to get better from now on in. So long as you take ALL my advice …………….. :0)

5 Helpful Tips to Getting Pregnant

There are numerous couples out there who are very eager and ready to bear a child of their own. However, they seem to have run out of luck with such goal. There are no scientifically significant studies that the positioning and the timing of the coitus would matter and play a role in getting pregnant.
Bear in mind the ironic fact that the woman produces only one egg for an entire month cycle and the male produces millions of sperms as he ejaculates. But only one sperm gets to unite and survive the journey to bond with the egg.
However, these below are the few things you might want to consider if you are in need of help and advice to getting pregnant.
1.Eat Healthy. What you eat plays a major and vital role in the success rate of an individual and as a couple. Eating healthy would promote healthy and mature eggs (female) and healthy sperm (male). With this there is much higher percentage of the success rate for the egg and the sperm to unite.
Studies have shown that those individuals who have an unhealthy eating lifestyle, especially those that drink alcoholic drinks have abnormal sperms. They usually have two-headed sperm or sometime sperms that don’t have a tail. With this, there is certainly a decrease of success in reaching the egg. Women who also have an unhealthy eating lifestyle would likely alter the balance of their pH in their vagina making the sperm unable to reach the egg.
Hence, eating healthy will likely increase the chances of getting pregnant and producing a healthy baby as well.
2.Exercise Daily. With daily exercise it helps tone down and reduces cholesterol and fats in the body. This has been studied that women who are obese and who have apparently high BMI than normal have lesser chances to getting pregnant.
Daily exercise helps improve blood circulation. When there is increase and healthy blood circulating within the system, it provides distribution of the nutrients all over the body. It also helps keep the individual tone and healthy and not feel sluggish.
3.Avoid Stress. Stress not only increases the risk of cancer, but it can also alter the hormonal balance of the individual. When there is stress, there is sometimes an irregular delay of the woman of her menstruation, thus her fertile period. Sometimes, the egg produced would not be mature enough to unite with the sperm. If a woman is stressed and weary, there would be a decrease in the stimulation to unite with his husband. Hence, there is a decrease in the chance to have a baby.

5.Enjoy and Know the Right Time. Bearing a child is not as easy as it seems especially if you and your husband has been trying to do it but seem to be unsuccessful. Relaxing and enjoying the moment usually helps. Think not of the goal that is to achieve a baby but instead think of it as a time of union between a husband and a wife in love. Knowing the right time helps as the woman has a period of fertility. This period is usually a marking point wherein the body actually helps to make the pregnancy successful.
If all these seem not to work, it would then be best to seek medical help as there may be a problem either toward the male or the female. Certain conditions such as low sperm count, abnormal sperms, and immature eggs may be the cause for the unsuccessful try to getting pregnant.
