Clearly Mr Phelps is a drug addict, and should not only have his medals revoked, but should be sent to prison. What punsihments do you think he deserves?
Phelps is a role model- the best way to be a good role model is to accept Jesus, and stay far away fropm drugs

Hey, Obama was a big coke head… Phelps is small time compared to him! And America elected Obama to be President. Maybe Phelps has a future in American politics.
