Did you know that you could actually rebuild your vision naturally simply by doing a number of eye exercises every day for a period of a couple of weeks. A lot of people, when they have eye problems, go to the opticians to seek advice about what they should be doing to improve their eyesight. Unfortunately, the opticians don’t always give them the best advice despite being qualified in the matter. Here’s what I learnt from my research: Firstly, the muscle those attached to the lens in the eye can be strengthened through certain exercises. These exercises should be done on a daily basis for a period of a couple of weeks and only after this time frame will you be able to know whether it’s going to help your vision. Secondly, you can learn to relax your eyes and use them as they were designed to be used by doing a number of exercises that teach you to see correctly.

One of these exercises is called palming and it basically involves putting your hands over your eyes so that you can’t see and so that you can concentrate on relaxing the muscles in the eye. It sounds like a trivial exercise, but in reality it can drastically improve your vision. Finally, over 70% of people with eye problems are able to improve their vision naturally. That means the majority of people who are wearing glasses and contact lenses could actually improve their eyesight naturally and not be dependent on man made lenses. Unfortunately, there isn’t much of an incentive for the opticians to tell you this because, to put it bluntly, your bad eyesight is good for their bottom-line profit. My advice to you is this: if you have problems with your eyesight then take the time to do natural exercises first and see if they improve your vision. It’s possible that your vision won’t be improved by natural eye exercises, however the couple of weeks effort it takes to find out is well worth the possibility of not having to wear glasses and contact lenses for the rest of your life. Just to put things into perspective, on average people who wear glasses have to spend somewhere in the region of $500 per year for eye examinations, new prescriptions and other outlays in relation to their eyesight. Not only will this save you money, but you’ll also be able to actually improve your eyesight as opposed to just making things clear. William Bates’s book is the best piece of literature on the subject and I thoroughly recommend that you go and buy this and do your research.
