I need to find some good ways to deal with anger while I am busy and need to accomplish many tasks during the day. Try to keep the answers positive, Do Not include things like: Sex, drugs, alcohol, cussing, or sleep. I am aware that I choose how I wish to feel and have had extensive Psych therapy, have even taken group therapy, still I end up throwing a fit. I do wish to get past this. I consider myself a very good hearted person , I really do love life- its just my temper flares real quick , but burns out fast too. Some people are really good at pressing my buttons. People who are extremly selfish, inconsiderate and narrow minded. Yes, I am married to him. He has good qualities too-I do love him-we all have our bad sides. I digress. Need to control my anger.
